Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all orders placed on: pinbold.com

 

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition.

In the original packaging (including the box).

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

 

2.1 Non-returnable Items  

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale or clearance items

Items returned without prior authorization

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors not caused by us

3. Missing Pieces (Special for Building Blocks)

We understand that sometimes building blocks may have missing pieces. If you find any parts missing, please contact us with the part numbers from the instruction manual. We will send you the replacement pieces.

 

4. Return Reasons & Fees

Merchant Responsibility: (Wrong item, defective, or damaged). We cover all costs, including return shipping or sending a replacement.

 

Customer Reasons: (Change of mind, ordered by mistake). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties/taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1.       Contact us at support@pinbold.com

2.       Provide your order number and the reason for your return request.

3.       Submit clear photos of the product and its original packaging for verification.

4.       Wait for return approval and detailed return instructions.

5.       Ship the item to the designated return address.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Pre-order Cancellations

For Pre-order items, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped. Once the item is in the shipping process, the standard return policy applies.

 

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Refund issued to original payment method.

Timeframe: 3–14 business days depending on your bank.
